IMPORTANT! eBay uses a 5-star detailed seller ratings system, (DSR,) to rate sellers.
eBay's ~ DSR ~ "5 Star" ~ Rating System explained: When you leave a rating of "4 stars" in any catagory, it may seem to you like it is a good score.
Take for example - You leave a rating score of 4 in "Shipping Time." To you that might mean "Quickly."
eBay however, considers a grade of "4" as poor. eBay's standards require sellers to maintain a DSR of 4.5 and above or be penalized with higher fees & more.
