About the Artist from various sources on the internet:
"Clifton Karhu, was born on November 23, 1927 in Duluth, Minnesota, USA. But instead of enrolling at an art academy, he joined the military.
After joining the military, he was stationed with the U.S. Army in Japan was for him. He had already fallen in love with the country, where he worked as the regiment's artist. Upon returning to the U.S., Karhu studied art at the Minneapolis School of Art (today Minneapolis College of Art and Design) from 1950 to 1952.
Tetsuo Yamada and Tomio Kinoshita, according to the literature, had encouraged Karhu in 1963 to pursue color woodblock print making . He quickly joined the elite of the contemporary print makers in Japan and he exhibited yearly from 1966 until his death at the renowned CWAJ Print Show , an exhibition of Japanese contemporary prints. He also exhibited his works internationally, in particular in the U.S., Sweden and Finland
Clifton Karhu's woodblock prints, with their constructive precision, graphical structure and clear color, have their own style that has brought the artist great esteem not only in Japan and in the United States, where his works are on display at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, MA, the Fogg Art Museum at Harvard and the Cincinnati Art Museum.
Clifton Karhu is arguably the most successful, contemporary Western artist to have worked with the traditional Japanese woodblock medium. A true master - both designing and cutting his own prints; his bold line work and distinctive graphical style often reflects a quiet, subtle and warming side of traditional Japan."

Vintage perfumes can lose their freshness. The older the perfume, the less likely it will smell like its original scent, nor will it last as long after applying

Vintage clothing are a one of a kind item and may show signs of usage, storage, aging,etc. Major flaws/issues will be noted. Be sure to check all measurements, as sizing can be different for older items and brands. Shoe size fits can vary with different brands and styles

Returns
Sales are Final. Returns will be accepted if an item has been inadvertently misrepresented. Buyer must notify me within 24 hours of receipt. Returns must be returned in same condition as received and by the same method as when originally shipped, including any security tags or marks.

Insurance
All of my items are shipping with insurance. If an item has arrived with damage, buyer must report immediately after delivery. I will file a claim with the insurance company. Buyer will be required to send paperwork and pictures to the insurance company as directed.
