Stay away from my Fishy Poofs!

Your impulse is to hit replay to hear the song again, which is what we do when we reach into a bag of Doritos or twirl another strand of instant ramen into our mouths; both contain monosodium glutamate, the artificial additive that contains umami. However, umami also can be found naturally in foods!   Made with Brown Rice Flour - rice flour is a particularly good substitute for wheat flour, which causes irritation in the digestive systems of those who are gluten - intolerant.  Anchovies are high in Omega 3 Fatty acids and are a great source of protein.
