Installation for Cabrio's..just unbolt your factory top, swicth over the top latches, and the hardtop, uses the same Cabrio mount brackets on the sides behind your seats....
Installation for Targas...would be the same as prepping for a softop conversion with the rear glass and Targa band removal, but from there you would switch over the latches from your targa top to the hardtop and would have to purchase the Cabrio side mounting brackets that mount to the side panels behind the seats, add $295.- a set...on checkout
