1. All customers must 
							contact us via email within 14 days if an event 
							should occur. Please fill it out as completely as 
							possible and send the form along with the returned 
							package back to us.

							In spite of the issue, customer’s item must be 
							returned to our facility at the buyers shipping 
							expense. If we receive an item without the item 
							number your claim will not by process.
							3. Upon receipt of 
							the item and completions of our inspection, a refund 
							or replacement will be processed. If the order is 
							found to be defective, we can either grant a full 
							refund (Credit Card, Paypal, or check), or a 
							replacement with no additional cost. If the order is 
							not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 80% 
							of your original payment. Our warranty does not 
							apply to products that have been misused, modified, 
							repaired or abused by anyone. Xtremepower (inc) 
							Products reserves the right as final authority on 
							whether the products should be replaced or refunded.
							4.  will not 
							be liable for any incidental, indirect, 
							consequential, or damages of any nature arising from 
							the sale of the product.
