These are a used pair of men's MEK jeans size 36 x 34.  Great shape, relaxed fit but some wear at the bottom back of the cuffs.  There is a big M pattern on the back pockets. 
Sorry, don't really know the model#.  There are several numbers under the tag: RN 117629, VM02VANC, H18...maybe one of these are it.  There is a hole in the crotch which needs to be repaired....or you can leave it if you like it.
