1. After facial wash, wet your nose thoroughly. If there isn't enough moisture, the pack will not adhere effectively and if you put water directly onto the pack. It will have a longer dry time and less effect.
2. After removing a clear sheet of film sheet with dry hands, adhere completely to the shape of your nose by facing the swollen side downward.
3. During the summer or in the case of too much perspiration, leave it for 15 minutes and during spring, fall or winter, leave it for about 10 minutes to get dry.
4. When completely dry, remove from the edge and finish with moisturizer.
