Shipping:
We will not ship this item to Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico or to an APO address. Ga Resident will pay 7% tax on the
final price. We do not ship to PO Box address. Items are shipped
ground delivery via UPS or FedEx within the 48 contiguous United States. Please
allow 2-7 days for delivery.
Payments:
We gladly accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card.
Backorders:
Backorders are very rare but do happen from time to time since we sell to the
general public. If a item is backordered the customer will have the option for a
full refund or they can choose to wait till the item is back in stock. We will
notify you via email if the order is Backordered.
Store
Return Policy: All return subject to 30% restocking fee. All
items must be return within 14-days from the date RMA number is issued (Contact
us for RMA: Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please note that we do
not pay the shipping amount involved in returning goods, unless the error was
made by us. Please email us if you have any questions about returns.
Cancellations:
Order that are cancelled by the customer after payment but not shipped will be
charged a 10% cancellation charge on the entire order.
