It is driven by a durable 5.5 HP Series Wound motor for long life and extra pulling power. A tough 3 Stage Planetary Gear box with a 172.8:1 gear ratio delivering power, and reliability on each and every pull. The Performance 8500 LB Winch has more power and exclusive features than any other winch in its price range: Stainless Steel Hardware- All the exterior winch body screws and bolts are Stainless steel to prevent rust and provide a long life. All Rugged Ridge synthetic rope style Winches include hawse fairleads. Special Solenoid mounting brackets allow for multiple solenoid mounting points and the ability to “tilt” the Solenoid for ease of use. This “tilt” feature ensures that each Rugged Ridge winch can be used with lmost all off road bumpers and over riders! Limited 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects (1 Year on electrical). Each winch has been independently tested to ensure they meet or exceed all specifications.

Shipping: We will not ship this item to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or to an APO address. Ga Resident will pay 7% tax on the final price. We do not ship to PO Box address. Items are shipped ground delivery via UPS or FedEx within the 48 contiguous United States. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery.

Backorders: Backorders are very rare but do happen from time to time since we sell to the general public. Store Return Policy: All return subject to 30% restocking fee. All items must be return within 14-days from the date RMA number is issued (Contact us for RMA: Return Merchandise Authorization number). Cancellations: Order that are cancelled by the customer after payment but not shipped will be charged a 10% cancellation charge on the entire order.
