ME!! But not so much during the summer months as I concentrate on my RL biz. AW has always worked well for me.

I am a real and happy AW client. I don't think users or AW care who is lurking or even posting, as long as their involvement is on topic and they are not here to sell the competition or to make trouble. JMHO

I, too, am a very happy AW user and have asked for...and received...many useful tips on this board. I've also found that AW-ers are a most helpful bunch and are very willing to answer questions and give advice...and it's always appreciated!

I LOVE THE LAUNCH FEATURE,,IF YOU WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND LIST AN AUCTION,,,,,, ANYWHERE ELSE AS FAR AS I KNOW IT WILL END IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT,,,,,,,,LIKE WHO DO YOU THINK WILL BE BIDDING. I LAUNCH MY AUCTION WHEN PEOPLE ARE AWAKE. AND A/W WORKS PERFECT. WHY DOES NOT E BAY GET IT TOGETHER AND OFFER THE SAME FEATURE?

And AW gets my vote, too! I've been launching through them (don't use all the bells and whistles--the extra programs, though) for a couple of years and love the ease and the way I can write in my pjs and set it to launch when I WANT IT to launch. And why doesn't ebay wake up to this?!!!!!! I've had 99% good service from AW and plan to continue until such time as they change their ways.

I use AW and completely rely on it for everything. I'm kind of a right-brainer so details are tough for me and I would not have a business with AW. I remember when AW used to be free.......ahh the memories.....

I wouldn't use it if it was still free .. too many glitches.

I use it too, yes there are glitches, but the ease of the system is good, and they seem to be trying to improve.
I to remember the free AW and miss it, but I love working off line to get my listings done and launch when I want. From what I read about ebay's new listing form, well no thanks MY time is not free..

These threads have always been helpful I like the way most people help out here when they can, you can't find your way through the ebay community boards for nothing!

With all that said I suppose Murphy's law will hit and AW will crash!

I have been using AW for years and seldom have I had a problem. The message boards are still the best ones for info about auctions.

I know everyone preferred things to remain free but that isn't dealing with reality. I don't think AW gets the credit it deserves.

Another cheer for AW!! And please, no more AW self-appointed police to monitor me or my actions.

I am another happy AW user. I love the ease of writing my auctions offline and at my convenience. Every software program has glitches, to avoid them you would have to stay off the internet and avoid the use of every electronic item in the world.

the boards here are very helpful, I miss some of the old posters that left when a credit card was required but I feel that they lost something too.

Another AW fan here. I'm a hobby seller and have been with AW from almost the beginning. I've tried a bunch of free auction listers all worked, but not as good as AW. I checked out when AW started charging a fee, that last about a week! I enjoy reading these threads and thank all for sharing your wisdom, problems, success, and screwups!

I've been here for a long time too - listed when it was free. Tried many other programs when they started charging and tried again when they raised the fees. Came back both times. My time is money and I don't think I could list as many as I do with any other program.

Well AW support staff I know you read this, so just because we are all happy with the service in general, don't even think about raising the fees K?

Boy people I think we are getting carried away here, they are going to charge us for writing such nice things!!! Oh ya this isn't ebay. LOL

AW--If you wouldn't delete my pics I would return--miss you guys, but I plan ahead and make thousands of ads when I take the summer months off from listings, and have them ready to schedule to list all winter.

I can't be looking in to see what you are deleting all the time so I had to move on!

If you would just consider eliminating that deletion from your higher monthly fee users, I for one would be back.

Of course, not until I had ran through all these because they are already sitting on another service which also allows us to schedule ads 6 months in advance.

Jack, if I post the competitors name they might kick me off the boards here. And, I love to catch up on all the auction news.

I wasn't promoting it, just trying to get AW to losen up their policies so I could come back here. AW knows who the other one is.

The horrible trials and tribulations of listing on eBay are not that bad if you take the time to learn the system. There are enough fees already associated with online auction selling. I suppose for a Power Seller it may be worth the extra cost but for small sellers I can not see using a third party service.

I've used AW for almost two years as a hobby seller. I don't like the fees but when I consider the database I would have to create to keep track of pending and final sales I just swallow hard and pay. I also justify the cost because of the great advice and help I have received in the past. My keyword of the day = TINSTAAFL - "There Is No Such Thing As A Free Lunch"

well i am what is considered a small item seller on ebay but my aw bill each month only comes to about $10 at the most. i do alot of repeat items and i love how fast i can relist my stuff. plus it keeps me organized in keeping track of my won auctions and what not. which would otherwise be a huge mess all over my office. im not very good with organization. i love aw!

Ihave been with AW for as long as I can remember, back when it was free. My monthly bill is usually about 10-12 dollars. I don't keep a lot of pics on file & if I want to keep it in I just open it & its good for another 90 days. I like the fact that I can set up a dozen auctions today & have them start on Sunday night, or any other time that fits my schedule. Wiuldn't change back to eBay for anything.

I use image hosting, and I wish they'd make the auction manager compatible with my system. I've only experienced one crash, so I'm happy with their service.

AW is a profitable company so there must be multi-thousands of paying customers.

I LOVE Auction Watch and have very few problems with it. There are times it has been slow, but I have lived with it. I love the way it keeps track of my closed auctions, the ease with which I can relist, add my pictures, etc. To me, it's well worth the money.

AW is the best!
Been with them since they were free.
When they started charging I switched, to 2 other sites, even bought a program!
Waste of time and money!
I use all AW's services.
I like making auctions all week and having them launch when I want them to.
The Post Sales are what mean the most to me!
I don't have to be anywhere around and my customers still get all their info right at the end of auction, no waiting!
People say they prefer sending a personal E-mail.
Well the E-mail's Aw sends are personal, I wrote them, just don't have to be around to send them.
Many customers rave at the quick EOA E-mail they are used to waiting days for info.
And since they get info quicker, I get paid quicker and they get their item quicker.
All because of AW's great service!
They will need to really screw up to make me change!

We also love Auction Watch. Have had no problems, even with the recent eBay change to the sellers listings program 2.0. Really like the relist feature and advance scheduling.

HI we like auctionwatch here. The problem we ever had was when auctionwatch went down and nobody could see the pictures on our auctions and we lost alot of sales and were compansated poorly. That is the only beef we have ever had with them.
