Nope, it is Data Processors International. Since PayPal's processor is Wells Fargo I don't think it affects them. That doesn't mean cards used through other merchants weren't processed by Data Processors International haven't been compromised.

My bet is the rumors will carry more wieght than the facts the internet being what it is. PayPal did it!

My PNC Bank bank card was involved. The card was de-activated by the bank to protect my account and they are issuing a new card with a new account number. I can still write checks from the account but the ATM/Visa card is dead.

I also called Amex and they said my card was okay but they were monitoring card usage very closely as a result of the compromised cards.

Scary but glad I found out the card was dead via my Web banking account rather than at a merchant when I was trying to make a purchase.
