Before I click the button on Paypal that prints a label and charges postage to my account, I thought I would come here and see if you guys have found any problems with this procedure. For example:
-- can I print the labels on plain coper paper?
-- is there an extra charge beyond media mail rate for doing it this way?
-- other problems or testimonials?

I use it whenever I can and find it very easy and fast. They do charge an extra fee 20 cents to process everything other than Priority Mail. The only problem is you can't put insurance on it. What I think it is good for is if you have a charge back or by chance you buyer said they didn't get the box you have a copy of the address direct from PayPal as when you bring up the information your address and your buyers address is there already. They also send an email to your buyer with the tracking number. If you don't need insurance your postman can take them from your home. I have a Desk Jet printer and it prints great. I know I am putting money in PayPal's pocket but it is so easy to use I don't mind. You can print your label with or without the postage showing. Just click it and read it as you can cancel it if you don't want it. I hope this helps.

I really liked it at first but I don't like doing them one by one. I will still use them for priority without insurance so I can just drop them off or have them picked up but I always have some that need insurance or something. Still need to do the DSI thing.
What I don't like about it most is that you must write on it what the item was or you will forget and put it on the wrong package if you are not careful.

There is no surcharges for Priority Mail & Express Mail. Other mail will cost you .20 & .13 for CD. I use it all of the time & really like it. I am not a high volume seller, so I don't hav a problem figuring out whach pkg to put the correct postage. I maile 2 today, in fact the mail person just picked them up.

What I do is before printing the postage from USPS, I print the first page of the won auction. Once I print the postage label, I paperclip it to the auction page. I have yet to mix one up doing it that way. As soon as I affix the postage, I staple the receipt to the auction page. Instant record.

I have nothing but good things to say about it ! It's wonderful, easy ,convenient and comes right out the pay pal payment. They send you and the customer a tracking number ...yeah ! I have the cheapest rock bottom printer I bought from Walmarts(lexmark z23...$39.00) and use just plain ole coper paper...they print great and scan with the little red laser scanners at the post office just fine. You can call or request on line for the mail person to come pick the packages up for free. Well worth giving it a try.
