It seems like I'm spending all my time on little problems lately and less listing. Is it just my customers?
I sold a designer bracelet 3 or so weeks ago. Shipped it, she got it and left great FB. Then yesterday wrote asking if I had gotten her email about missing stones??? I wrote back that I checked before shipping and all the stones were intact and she had left great FB - was she sure she met to send me that email???
She just wrote back and said all the stones were there when she got it but two stones fell out when she worn it Sat night. Didn't know I had to offer a life time warranty. I've about had it with the WONDERFUL WORLD OF EBAY!!!
