Probably is. The ebay token is the authorization for vendio to link to your ebay account. It does not last forever and has to be renewed every year or so I think. They send you a email to let you know ahead of time that it will be expiring soon and that it needs to be updated.
To update. On any vendio page click on My Account, then click on Auction Site Accounts. On this new page you will see your ebay account listed, click on the Edit icon, it will ask you to go to ebay sign in, click this. You will be redirected to ebay's site to sign in, then ask if you agree to give vendio authorization to have access to your account, click agree and you will be directed back to vendio and a congratulations page. You are now renewed. I just renewed mine to find out the process for you.
