I went into my Awaiting Payment sales - I saw I didn't send a combined invoice. I clicked on the listing to send an invoice, the listing said payment had been made via PayPal. EBay had this problem a long time ago- a real nightmare for those of us who use My EBay for post-sale management. Now I'll have to look at every "unpaid" sale. Edited to add: On 2 of the "unpaid" sales - I see "Your payment has been refunded". My payment? These are items unshipped that I did not refund. Both buyers are newbie ID's with near zero feedback.

This is why I am promoting Google Checkout so much here. At least they have their act together.

Sure, it's not one of eBay's approved payment systems, that's why I offer it to people after the end of the auction in my EOA notice.

Bump.. click on your Unpaid Sold Items to see if you get a refund message. I think this is a widespread problem and the items need to be re-invoiced. Edited to add, Stone, I would LOVE to offer Googlepay, but as a buyer, I detest 3rd party checkouts and I like to manage post-sales through eBay.

I found two on my unpaid items - both from Canada but perhaps it was a coincidence. Will call PayPal tomorrow.
