Is Vendio just going to sit on its wallet or does anyone know if Vendio is going to do anything to improve our stores look, CC gateways etc? I do not want to build a website why should I? All my product is already in Vendio.
I would be a win win for us & Vendio or is Vendio is scared of eBay?
I know this not the correct place to post this but I am just feel like being a rebel so don't even start.

When I attended RocketPlace last month in Las Vegas, it was mentioned that Vendio will be doing some changes /improvements / expansion for stores / web sites and ??. after the holidays. It all sounded good, but I don't know enough to give details.

ggardenour, I appreciate your post and agree with your observations. I am a huge Vendio fan and it will be a very sad day for me after all our items are moved to our web site and I find I no longer need Vendio's terrific services.
The problems at eBay have forced me to begin learning the skills needed for us make it on our own (I hope) though I desire to partner with a hosting service which can help me succeed and provide the technical know-how which I lack. I've effectively stopped listing on eBay and now dedicate my time to adding and moving items to our web site and to improving and refining my (limited) Search Engine Optimization skills.
As I mentioned in another post nothing would delight me more than to remain right here with Vendio and to carry on through these tough times with a Vendio store; while remaining prepared to re-enter the eBay market when and if the economy and eBay improve and I can again afford to sell there. Actually, I'm not unhappy with my current Vendio store though I would love to see improvements such as the following:
1. Better templates and enhanced site and page customization options
2. Tools and guidance to help us optimize our pages and item URLs for improved ranking with search engines
3. Sub-categories
4. A sale tool like Markdown Manager
5. Special promotion boxes on the store home page
6. A “related products” column on item pages
7. The ability to create special store pages
As for my long-term dreams:
1. An SEO professional services group which I would gladly pay to help me with this daunting task
2. A Vendio store web design team whom I would again gladly pay to help me make my Vendio store into the professional-looking website I desire.
I hope that Vendio is planning these types of improvements which may help retain satisfied customers and allow us to better succeed both on and off eBay.
