Is PayPal slow, or is there something I need to know tonight? (I have successfully printed labels in the past, but I always hold my breath, not knowing if they'll print or not.) I've unblocked popups, and my printer does work. Tired of voiding shipping labels tonight.

Adele, try the old routine, log out, clear cache and internet history and then try again.

I am using VISTA and it is a crap shoot everytime I log into PayPal. It has been working for me the last 2 days but I have not needed to print labels tonight so I do not know if it is working now.

LtRay: Thanks! I kept trying, had to void several that did not print. So I went to multi-order shipping, "create new," and it worked there.

I called PayPal & got a nice lady I could hardly understand. She finally cut me off. Tried again, and got the message that their offices are closed for the night.

Tomorrow I've got to make sure all 6 of the non-printing labels get credited back to me.

Do you get the email notice of the label being printed? If so you can use the link in the email to reprint the label. You can also do the same thing from the paypal page but I've found that the link works better sometime.

USPS Click-n-Ship appears to be non-functional at the moment. Tried using it on their website, pages just hang or time out. May post a new subject on this.

Ladyjewels: Today I reached a real person who was a tiny bit easier to understand than the gal last night. And, duhhhh, I learned that I need to look at the details of those extra shippings that didn't print. Sure enough, "refund pending" was on the ones that didn't work. Sigh.

It's really getting hard for me, as a liberal, to put up with people's accents on the phone. I don't begrudge people their jobs, but I got pretty impatient last night with the person who was almost unintelligible. (Probably in another country?)

Adele, It is not just you. Trying to listen to anyone on the phone is becoming increasing harder for many of us. Encountering a strong accent, poor grammer, low volume or fast speaking when you are already frustrated can make it really hard to have patience with a stranger at the other end of the line.

I am having hearing/comprehension problems due to side affects from a drug I received after a surgery this summer. I have almost quit using the phone becase of it. I tell the speaker that they need to slow down so I can understand them or that they need to speak up because I cannot hear them and they just ignore me or become very rude. It is enough to drive you nuts!

I wish I had the nerve just to hang up and try again, hoping this time to get someone I can understand. I hate that I'm sounding like a bigot. . . .but that's no way to run a business, I say.
