"We are unable to submit your question. You have reached the daily limit of emails you can send using the Contact eBay Member function. If you wish to contact the seller of an active listing, click on the "Ask seller a question" link found on the item page, below the seller's User ID. TO contact the buyer, click on the "Contact the buyer" link on the item page."

I was sending out some emails about newly listed items to customers that have purchased form me before or have expressed interest in certain items. Nothing so clandestine as selling outside of Ebay. What is the magic # of emails we may send???

That's happened to me just once, and I have no idea what the "rule" is. The only way around it, I guess, is to save the e-mail addresses of your regular buyers and send messages just from your e-mail.

I only sent out about 5 emails and they were all for items I just listed to customers that had made a "Best Offer" in the past. I did respond to a few of their questions, but WOW talk about big brother.

Ebay got my listing fees and would get the FVF fees if the item sells, what more do they want? They are so paranoid that someone will sell something behind their backs that they spite themselves.

In fact, one of the buyers I emailed has already bid on the item I told them about. I just listed it today. What are the odds that they would have found the item themselves the way Ebay is going lately?

They could been doing this because some folks used robots to roam Ebay and email MANY Ebay members.
