I am an x-Auctiva user and I've been banging my head the last few days trying to learn Vendio. It is quite a challenge and not for the faint of heart. At this point, I'm comforable using Vendio for selling on eBay, but I have one problem........how do I schedule 10 different auctions to launch 4 minutes apart?

I've read the manual 22 different times and tried everything under the sun. I understand launch profiles but I just cannot get the "time between launches" option to work. I must be missing something but what is it I don't know. My auctions go to the "market place listing" but they always start at the same time, no matter how I set-up my launch profile? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm plenty frustrated at the moment!

My first guess is 4 min is to short an increment of time on the eBay end. As I recall auctions launched at the same time from Ven might have a time span from a few seconds to a min or more between them on eBay. I was never to particular so didn't watch it that closely.

I think you may want to post this on Vendio services.
Sorry I can't help as I use Sale Manager Pro.

When you are finished with a listing, save it rather than scheduling it to launch. When you are done with all your listings, go to your pending listings, select all, put in the date and time you want to start the launch. There is a box that lets you specify the the time interval between launchings. I don't use this feature, but it should work.

I just manually modify the minutes in the bottom box where you schedule the launch date and time. Never had a problem - sometimes I'll space similar item auctions a minute apart.

Thank you for all the input, it was appreciated. The advice from "pixiamom" pointed me in the right direction. Here is a quick summary of what I did (there might be an easier way....but this works for me).

I now save my items/listings without scheduling a launch. When I'm ready to put stuff on eBay I select the items that are going to eBay and then I hit the "SEND TO" option (from the main "MY ITEMS" folder). At this point, I launch the item(s) with the "SET REPEAT SCHEDULE" and then fill in the appropriate fields. The only caveat was to make sure your "eBay ad name" is unique for each item listed, or else you will get funky results.

I think the new platform must work a little differently than the old platform that most of us old timers use. Glad you figured it out.
