Just curious, but has anyone heard whether large scale sellers get additional discounts beyond the 3 cent listings/$299 monthly stores?
If so, any idea what type of volume it takes get that.

3 cents is already a discount.
I am sure if Walmart or Target wants to sell on Ebay,Ebay can be very accomodating, but why should they?

I'm not necessarily referring to companies with a huge marketplace of their own. I am talking medium scale businesses, like regional businesses that sell globally on eBay. Example: Buy
I am wondering if a seller that is listing 10,000 items or 100,000 items may get a better deal than those shown under seller stores.
I would imagine everything is negotiable if you can get to the right person, but what size of a business can tackle that with eBay... and more importantly if anyone knows this actually happens.
There are sellers out there that are doing millions a month on eBay and I simply can't imagine they don't negotiate rates and eBay works with them to gain their business.

There is a Chinese guy who imports electronic goods, parts and components direct from China and sell on Ebay.
Ebay names a room after him,a young guy,he sells millions dollars worth of goods.
Best is to call Ebay and discuss the details
