that eBay no longer lists the location of the auction item except to say it ships from a particular country.
I've come to rely on knowing where the seller is located when buying breweriana.

I just checked my active listings,they show the city and state where the item is located.

From the Fall Update:

"Starting the week of October 22, you’ll have a new, easier way to specify item location. If your item is located in a country where zip codes can be validated, you will only be asked to enter a valid zip code and eBay will automatically fill in the correct city and state. If a listing does not contain a valid zip code, buyers will only see the item country on the item page."
