Does anyone know why Vendio whipes out the hits when something doesn't sell? Relisting is the name of the game. Some items can get a lot of hits, but no buyers. That usually means to lower your price as there IS interest. Low number of hits means it is not a very valued item, it might be in the wrong catagory, or it is too high priced to even have people look at (or all the above).

If I get a lot of hits but no bids that shows lots of people find it interesting. Very few bids might suggest a re-write of the description. Neither would suggest to me that the price should be lowered. My record is listing the same widget 8 times in 3 years before it was sold I also doubled the opening bid price.
Counters are only reset once you have relisted the item back to market, as that same counter will appear on the relisted item and start counting hits from the point of relist going forward.

I've had very high price (BIN for $5000) item that had very low hits and only 2 watchers.
It ended up selling for $4000 as I had it set to auto accept anything over $3000.
I was disappointed at the lack of interest - that is until it sold. It only takes one buyer for that special item.
