The buyer just needs some excuse to return the item to avoid restocking fee,to get her original shipping and item payment back and it would be nice if I even offer to pay for return shipping.
She thought she has found something which she could resell at a great profit, unfortunately she cannot .
I am getting very tired of this game.

I agree with Shag. If you didn't say any of those things in your listing then eBay should rule in your favor. She has stated those reasons for it being NAD and I don't think she can take that back now.
I know that sometimes it's just easier to give up but I would give it a shot in this case.

I got the item back today, she used the same box I sent her and paid $6 for priority mail but nowhere on the box is it marked priority?
I am not going to reimburse her return shipping,I did not misrepresent my item, but if she gives me a neutral or a neg,it will be hard to convince the Indian Ebay rep .
Ebay did everything to protect the buyer, soon there wont be any seller to buy from.
