I just started getting a discount on UPS shipping (I thought I already was)and the 1st shipment was for $29. It showed I was only being charged $25 with the discount.
Then $29 showed up in pending and stayed there for a few days. Now it's down in the transactions but it has a line through it and it says cancelled.
Is this a new thing?
I don't see where the $25 was deducted either.
There used to be a way to see the transactions with the balance but I can't find that now. Is it still an option?

Did you check your Ebay seller account?
From what I understand $25 is not the final amount, it could be more?

Ebay seller's account? Why would the charge be there.
Anyway - nothing has changed. I guess they will take it out one day.

From what I read, this is Ebay's account with the carrier you are using.
Fed Exp billed Ebay and Ebay billed you,thats why it would show up in your Ebay seller account.I dont use Fed Exp or UPS, thats what I heard, you can read about how it works on Ebay

UPS doesn't work that way. You have to go to paypal to do the label - actually ebay takes you there. There is no way to print a UPS label in ebay like there is with FedEx.

OK after 11 days it finally cleared for the correct amount.
Oh by the way - to see transactions with the balance, you have to go to the bottom of the page and click on Classic Site.
