I just updated my eBay categories here, but need to do a Synchronization. I am using the old template. How do I do it?

Hello,

Do you mean your eBay store categories? If so, you may update them in Vendio by going to "My Account" --> "eBay" (below "Site Specifics" ) --> scroll down to just above the "Features" section and just below the two drop-down boxes where you can select your default eBay store categories. Then click where it says "Click here to update your categories". Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
