I am getting an error message when I try to update categories from eBay to Vendio. Any suggestions for a work around. TIA

Thank you for contacting Vendio Support.Please note we have filed a support ticket with our engineers regarding the issue reported titled "Error message being displayed when updating categories from eBay to Vendio".The support ticket number for any future reference to this issue is VEND-144.We will keep you posted once we receive an update on the same.
