Not really auction related but Hillbilly is a quasi-godfather of online auctions so it fits the forum ( plus the moderators all left anyway ).

HB, I found a weather vane for your roof.

Kodi,
One more month of Spring to go. Here in California there is about a four month period where there is not even the slightest chance of rain June-September. I actually thought it was that way for the entire nation for many years till they invented the Weather Channel. No wonder they sell so many convertible cars here.
The weather vane for HB is symbolic. Shorty could have been renamed "Randy" after the episode of the 'Mating Game' with the neighbor's dog. HB's stories of his sexual prowess in his younger daze were the best part of the BV message boards. I'd buy his autobiography if he ever wrote it.
It least we can kid with you about weather rooster vanes. I remember a certain female poster on Moo in it's early days that threatened the first cyber sexual harassment suit. Those types are no fun at all and sue-happy all the time ( like Georgie boy of AD ).

Sorry to hear your Cable computer service was out all day. We've had cable service for almost two years now and we have had almost zero problems, except for the changeover when Excite tried to get a lot of money out of AT&T and AT&T wouldn't pay it. We were refunded a lot of money then and used Net Zero till the completed their own system. ( was only a week )
When we started the cable service it was only $30/mo with a free month and free installation. They raised it to $40/mo and then $50/mo . Look for those raises soon in your service as they charge whatever the market will bear. We bought a new RCA cable modem on eBay for $90 and turned in the identicle unit back in to AT&T and that lowered the bill back down to $40/mo.
One good thing about cable service is that you can hook up several computers in your home to it and the speed stays the same. Many families now have as many as four computers on the internet and often there are several online at the same time. That makes it a bargain as the phone lines are all free, the speed is incredible compared to a dailup, and you can D Link the computers together and share the modem and printers and hard drives. A few short years ago people were paying big bucks for that capibility.

Never, ever be careless with important passwords. Enough said.

bidsbids!! No $h!t!! LOL!!!! I just happened to catch that password phrase. I had the cable guy tell me that if I got my own modem it would save me $6.00 a month. He said he could get me one for $50.00. It is 100% better than dial-up. I guess it is where we have a lot of thunder storms, and the tree's topple over and take down the lines. I pay $69.00 a month but that includes my T.V. cable also. Some things it doesn't matter the cost, you will get it anyhow. LOL!!! My Copenhagen snuff is $3.15 a can. I rub a can a day. I said that I would stop when it got to $2.00 a can. Yeah Right!! See ya! Hillbilly
