Thank you for writing in. Please note in order to link Etsy to your Vendio account first click on the "Preferences" link that is at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account. Then select "Channels" from the drop-down box at the top of the page. Scroll down to the "Etsy" section and click the blue "Link my Etsy Account" button. You will then be redirected to Etsy to sign into your Etsy account. Follow the steps to agree to link the two accounts, and the process is complete.
Please note the only feature that we offer with Etsy is to Import your items from Etsy into Vendio at this time. However, we are working on the next phase which once completed will allow you access to all the other options and functions. Please let us know if you have any questions.
