I'm new to Vendio and had been entering all of my Inventory into SMPro. I had assumed that all of that inventory would then upload to the online version but that doesn't seem to be the case? Do I have to redo all of that info online now???
Thanks in advance.
To save an auction item to your online inventory, first create an inventory item in Sales Manager Pro. As you list your auctions from the inventory item, simply create a separate item to send to your Store. It is not necessary to enter a quantity available for Store items - you can upload an item with zero available in the Store and use the resulting inventory item as an auction item when you are ready to list.

So you send it to your store? Are there still charges for using Vendio store? What if I only use this for listing inventoried items? This seems a bit odd that vendio didn't include a simple check box to add something to your inventory.
You aren't sending it to the store if you put 0 in the quantity in store box. Online and offline inventory do not synchronize so if you want some of your listings in online inventory, this is the only workaround we have available.

Hi
I hope you don't mind my suggestions?
If I read your question correctly, you are asking how to upload the items once they are in smp inventory. If that is correct, you are adding to the default inventory file.
Or are you crating inventory in a batch?
If I am off-base and that is not what you are asking, I apologize for sticking my nose in.
