Vendio, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! Period!
We are owed a refund for every late listing.
We are paying for your services, not excuses!!

NONE OF MY LISTINGS WENT UP ON A SALE DAY THAT HAPPENS TO FALL ON MY REGULAR LISTING DAY. LOST OUT ON THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN SALES AND SAVINGS ON EBAY FEES. WANT REFUNDS OF AT LEAST TWO MONTH OF VENDIO FEES. THIS IS WORSE THAN ANDALE EVER WERE. NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM CHECKOUT ISSUES. EXTREMELY SLOW SITE. EBAY IS FAST BUT YOU GUYS CRAWL. SO MUCH FOR MY T1 LINE. EXTREME WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I am curious to hear just how many auctions were launched yesterday through Vendio - did any one get any launched?
My guess is that the number isn't even equal to a normal listing day because the site was totally unusable.
I used ebay and there was NO latency or delays in indexing.

Why not fix these problems instead of just monitoring them.
Site slowness and a clunky system has been around. This is a problem that is compounded by special listing days on eBay. But most certainly not limited to only eBay specials.
Why not update your systems so we can use the services we pay for when we need them.
Tell me why we should be happy with all of our listings posting to eBay 4 hrs after the time we intended them to post. And why would you see this as services rendered.
How much extra money are you making on these glitches? How many of your customers listed relisted and listed the same item again and again because they could not see the item in pending or receive a listing error message or a page timed out, the inventory counts did not update till this morning...on and on...

I used turbo lister on my second account and all went without a hitch. Could not get anything to launch out of vd for my main account. So, I went into turbo lister and downloaded closed items from VA4U.
Then I edited one closed item with current info. It took awhile but I got five listed, they launched immediately and then decided this was just stupid, trying to find workarounds for vendio. As I would have to import them, etc. BTW, one sold almost immediately with a BIN.
I save stuff I know will sell just for these days. I hold them in SM Pro on my desktop and they are ready to launch immediately. Didn't work too well this time.

Chris, Chris, Chris in Custoner Nonservice. The old guy says "move on boy and get a respectable job." As for Stinkio er Vendio all I can say is "Monsieur, votre maison de commerce es desegreable." Logan

I appear to be in the minority, but think it is only fair to say that all of my relists and new listings launched.
I had no problems with relists and no problems with setting new listings.
Only small glitch is that most of the nighttime listings appear to have launched about an hour late.
What are you going to do to make sure this does not happen again. Vendio's service during eBay sale days have become intolerable. I need to know how much risk I am taking with my business by using your service.
Items from last week are now ending 2 hours and 20 minutes later than they should have due to DST. No other service I use had any problems.
Wednesday was a complete disaster.
I got about 50% of what I should of on due to Vendio lag. That is a loss of $5,000-$10,000 in sales. It took me and one other person on a second computer over 20 man hours to get 1/2 of the amount of items on, that would normally take me by myself 10 hours to get everything / 100% on.
We were locked into a chair on a computer waiting to click a button. We had to be as productive as possible, because Vendio was insanely slow. Waiting for a page to load, and load, and load drives me absolutely insane.
I had around 100 errors of items as well that: may, or may not have launched to eBay.
It is time to buy new and better servers, and more, or better acess to eBay.
