Vendio needs to get its act together.
It is taking me close to 10 minutes to list 8 auctions. It should take me about 30 seconds.
Vendio knows it has high volume days, do something to fix this.
Do not blame eBay. eBay may have a slower up time to load auctions, but that has NOTHING to do with how slow the Vendio site is.
Take some of the money we send you each month and use it to speed up the site!!!

I agree. WE should be able to list on these heavy listing days just as easily as other days. I do believe with as little as I am listing these days, this will be my last year on vendio. Ebay has gotten to where they are just as fast for me to list there, just have to pay the extra to schedule the listing. For now, come on vendio, fix the problem, be the solution we pay for.

Yes vendio NEEDs to get there act together. Problems from 2 years ago still have not been addressed. Seems they only have 4 employees to me. And once they blocked me for voicing my opinion for months and I am one of there larger sellers.
I am losing $$ as we speak and my customers are irrate.

AS is usually the case on these kind of days, ebay is much faster to list on. I am sure somebody will come on here soon, and blame ebay about back door listings and such. Heard it all before. Not exactly sure what I pay vendio for at all.

It took me 16 minutes to list 8 items.
I use Vendio every day and have over 1,000 items listed at all times. I clean our cookies, cache, history, etc, and have a brand new XPS computer with tons of extra speed and memory.
There is NO REASON for the inner Vendio site to run this slow.
It is not eBay's fault, nor is it DST's fault. This happens every eBay sale, and has nothing to do with items loading to eBay.
Vendio does not have enough servers.
It should not take 30-45 seconds to simply copy an auction. It should not take 30-45 seconds to delete an item, it should not take 30-45 seconds to schedule an item.
We are paying way to much money for this crappy service.

Aaron - I don't think they ever resolved the DST issues. Vendio was not working properly for me last night and has been off and on ever since the time change. I had to quit listing through Vendio today(to save my sanity) and am using ebay instead.

Hi Aaron,
As others have noted, the delays you usually see on special promotion days with eBay happen later in the day.
The issue would be related, but not solely due to the additional traffic this early in the day.
Thanks for your feedback and patience on the issue. If you have any specific questions on this situation please let us know.
If you have additional feedback you would like to leave for the Vendio services management, please do so in the feedback specific forum.
Regards,
Christopher

Hi Christopher, this has NOTHING to do with ebay.
Vendio itself is slow navigating from screen to screen.
Come on, please give us the service we pay for!

rubys100 - I nor anyone else thus far has said this is eBay's fault.
Just to clarify : We (Vendio) are working on this issue. It is not ebay's fault, nor do we claim it to be. If there is any confusion on that matter, please let us know.
Regards,
Christopher

What makes me mad is this happens, Vendio fixes the problem, it works for a week, and then it's doing the same thing again. Vendio, whatever you do to fix the problem, maybe you need to CLEAN YOUR CACHE every day too!!! This is the number one issue I have with you guys. You want people to call for an opinion - instead of trying to figure out new fangled things to do to improve the site, why don't you just hunker down and figure out how to keep the site running smoothly. Barring a few exceptions, I think that's what most of your customers REALLY want!

It is absolute AGONY and has been so all day. I now have things sitting in processing -- for 24 minutes.
Vendio has been like this consistently for weeks. It's starting to look like old times again. Guys, I know you had your act together for a while.... please don't backslide into what it used to be. You were doing so well.

Vendio, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! Period!
We are owed a refund for every late listing.
We are paying for your services, not excuses!!

:::Big sigh:::
It's almost 10:30 PM here in my little corner of the world.
I started the evening by clicking on Vendio sales manager. While I waited for that to load, I'd head on over to ebay and relist an auction from "unsold". Afterwards, I'd click back to Vendio and the page had finally loaded.
After all of the time and energy put into trying to relist via Vendio.....what little I was able to do has been stuck in "processing" for almost an hour.
I give up. I'm moving my items out of processing and delete them. I do have to get up in the morning and can't babysit the "processing" items any longer today.
Just another day in Vendio paradise!

I've never posted my opinion on one of these message boards but today is by far the worst it's ever been!! Vendio's problems have cost me a TON OF $$$ today!! Some people have to work a regular job and can't be home to list early in the morning. There is also something to be said for planning when I want my auctions to end. Not everyone can sit at home during the day waiting for auctions to end.
At 1pm today I scheduled about 15 items to launch at 3:30 pm Vendio time.
I got home this evening after 8pm Central (6pm Vendio time) and at that time only one auction had launched. It's now after 10pm here (8pm Vendio time) and those measley 15 auctions finally just finished listing!! I launched 14 more at 8:45 Central time and they have yet to even start launching!! Like I can sit up all night trying to squeeze in a few here & there and hope they get in before the deadline. My good intentions of listing 200+ auctions today is going to end up being about 25. I guess I can kiss $1,000 good-bye this week!
I was one of those people who volunteered their opinions a few weeks back and I said virtually the same thing!! Don't try to fix what isn't broken!! Work on improving what you have instead of coming up with all these stupid ideas and other designs. Every time Vendio changes something I have to spend hours learning & getting used to what's new and revising everything in my inventory.. Over 5,000 items don't magically revise themselves. My time is worth $$$ too!!

Hello Vendio... I just came to my computer to check my auction launches......well they were set to start launching at 9:00 eastern time. It is now 11:24 eastern time and I was amazed that they remained in processing. It was painful to try to re-schedule them for tomorrow as it is much to late to let them start tonight. This took almost 15 minutes and there were ONLY 8 of them....just wanted to say "Shame On You".

I have had items stuck in processing for 5 hours now.
I have been working all day and my wife half the day on a second computer. We will be lucky to list 50-60% of the extra items we normally would for a sale.
I am going to lose $5,000-$10,000 in sales.
It is also 10:30 CST at night and I have about 300 items stuck in processing, and about 400 more that I am trying to get listed.
I still have to wait 30 seconds to one minute for each Vendo button I push.
This ridiculous.

Vendio has been great for normal days listings, poor for relistings, sending to store. Disasterous with DST or special listing days. I have been patient today because I have already learned that relisting with eBay is easier, faster - saves me time and money. Vendio is investing in other technologies but doesn't have the time to fix the source of their core income - eBay listings!
