Hi Zilvy! Nice to see everyone. I'm popping in here and at Barry's every few days or so to get a quick read (fix)... it's always nice to check out who's coming and going. Sure hope things slow down for me... I'm too old to be working this hard.
It was a nice surprise to see Tokay back again... Lots of missing faces though.

All right, KatyD...put up or shut up! LOL!
I'm here, just not posting too often. Been busy with work and real life and listing! Oh, and school doesn't start for another 24 days, 9 hours and 48 minutes, so Nick is keeping me busy playing referee between him and the sister. heh

Hello Miss Zilvy You're always a dose of sunshine.

Kris!! I wondered where you went to!?!?.....your new email addy could explain things for me.... Good to see you, and mybiddness too!!
I think you might be right zilvy....I think the heat wave has made everyone lethargic. It's 1:18am here and it's still about 83 degrees outside. All I can think about anymore ar Slurpies......

83 degrees? Sounds like a cold front to me!
tee hee!
I'm still alive and kickin,zil!
I don't have much to add these days.
Okay, that's BS.
I always have an opinion .
I just don't always feel like defending it. This room can be a tad too confrontational for me.
I prefer to fight with the boys while they're off this summer ~ that takes up most of my energy!
I'll be back to split hairs in a few weeks....
so sweet of you to ask, {{{Zil}}}.

posted on August 3, 2001 10:49:06 AMkraftdinner - I've been wondering about you too! Grab that email address and drop me a line one day, ok? I don't get to all the boards every day, but I haven't seen you anyplace for a while.
Also (and this is likely just me...neurotic) - after I've been not posting for a while someplace, it's hard to jump back in. I start feeling like an outsider all over again, and it takes a while for me to get past it. I'm neurotic. Badly. But I admit it, and they say that's the first step to recovery....LOL!
We've been in the 80s at night too up here. It's not a pretty thing. The heat index is astonishing with the humidity!

I would never have you on ignore, lindak. I only hit a few threads at a time, when I have the time. So I guess I have missed you.

I'm gettin' over it, Linda. Soon krs will be after me to shut the hell up! LOL!
Toke - My hand is great! WOW! Hurt like hell for a week or so, and it looked like I had a big black catapiller down my palm for three weeks, but it's healed up really nice. No more sleeping in a brace. No more tingling fingers. No more pain! I haven't tried yet to do any cake decorating (which is what triggered the stupid carpal tunnel in the first place), but I have been able to write a letter by hand and also to fill out a reference form by hand without cramping or my handwriting getting so bad even I couldn't read it. I'm glad I did it, but it really did hurt a lot that first week or so, and it took about five weeks or so before it didn't feel like it was healing from a sprain, but I have all the strength back in it now and the scar is fading.
I recommend having it done to anyone who is suffering with carpal tunnel. It wasn't fun, but it was worth it!
