Oh, I don't need that reminder, Toke, as for me that particular right is less important than some others. I really meant mostly to address those mealy mouthed members who never fail to enter threads such as this to make their petty complaints.

Perhaps this forum is not a place I can feel comfortable. I apologize if my patriotic feelings has somehow been seen as an attempt to stop anyone's freedoms. I have been reading EO for a while for auction info and felt I needed a place to express some of the feelings I had. They asked for such threads to be brought over here and so I registered and tried to join in. My mistake. Please pardon my intrusion in your world.

Deliteful, I wouldn't leave, this is a good bunch of people. Some of them are "dumping" on me because I used a very poor choice of words to try to say what I wanted to say, and rightfuly so. (that will teach me to think before I hit the submit button) Another poster (Toke) in another thread said what I was trying to say in a much better way:
He has not dishonored himself, or the nation, in his brief tenure as President. I intend to support him as the representative of my country to the world, unless and until he gives me reason to do otherwise.
I am a major civil libertarian, so it certainly doesn't mean I will agree with any policy he promulgates without scrutiny.
The fact that I decry ridicule of President Bush during this time of crisis merely means I think it's unseemly, and could undermine our position and national interests...not that I deny anyone's right to do so.
