I know I am not a nice person and perhaps that is why I don't understand but TWINSOFT can you explain why given the resources each side has the Israelis don't carefully plan and just roll right over the gaza strip in a two to three day attack and just remove the problem before anyone can mobilize to do anything to stop them? It has to be hard going out on the street every day and not knowibg if you will be attacked. I would not live that way if I had the means to remove the threat.

Had it only been the Pentagon that was attacked, and had civilians not been purposely killed in the process, I would have put the attack more on par with that of Pearl Harbor, i.e., an act of war.
HOWEVER, this was NOT just an attack on the Pentagon, and innocent civilians WERE specifically targeted. So therefore, I do NOT think that the attack on the Pentagon was "simply an act of war". The entire attack was an act of terrorism, and that includes the attack on the Pentagon.
