I've got another listing that has decreased since the listing fees started. I sold Cherished Teddies figurines & here's how far they've fallen since Jan. 10:

Jan. 10 - 1084
Jan. 11 - 1059
Jan. 12 - 858 (all mine ended on this day)
Jan. 13 - 848

Currently: 500 (I have never seen it this low in over a year of listing on Yahoo)

22% decrease
not many new listings - although there have been some auto relists

Someone relisted a bunch.
Betcha they used credits. Seller with 445 feedback.

The drop is expected, Yahoo has stated
they expected up to 50% decress in the Auctions..

I DO think they will go to a +75% drop..

Yahoo won't start worring till it goes
below that 50% point.. Which will
take several weeks due to the 2 auto relisting..


KEEP these postings going I LOVE
to see the numbers..

Question is. What is your ratio to Ebay,
far as relisting and sales..

I beleave that my ratio is about 5:1, I have
to relist on a average 5 times to each 1 time on ebay..

The problem is I had put a lot of "test" Items on Yahoo, and never tested on ebay..

Most Items I sell would cost the >$2.00 to
list on Yahoo... ? Why when there is Ebay.

23% decrease

Radios steadily dropping. This category had very little spam, a high page view / bid / sell rate compared to other Yahoo categories.

I'm tracking 20 Categories (In clothing & accessories):

Peak listings: 42,078
current: 34,194
Decline: 18.7%

At this rate listings will go below 50% in less than 8 days from today.
