I'm starting to like that place. Listed one item and sold it. Listed 2 items and sold both of them today. Listed 12 items today and will see how long it takes.

BargainandHaggle isn't like ePier or Bidville. It actually has good sell-through, and more importantly items sell for great prices! If you have time to waste listing auctions and you had to choose between ePier, Bidville, or BargainandHaggle, it's simply NO CONTEST!! If you don't believe it, conduct a simple test of your own --- list the same items on the 3 sites for a period of time and see which ones sell. There's nothing like 1st-hand experience.

At some point they're going to rival Yahoo although I've already had much more success selling higher $$$ items on BargainandHaggle than on Yahoo. BargainandHaggle actually rivals or beats eBay for the prices I've been able to get. Not sure why.

eseller004, I agree. I sell my low end stuff on Yahoo and have about a 80% sell through and hold steady at about 27% profit per item. My high end things I am listing on Bargain and Haggle and have sold two things so far at a higher price than I could have gotten on eBay (if it sold) or Yahoo (wouldn't have sold).

I would like to get some tricks to being able to spot the NPB while in negociations, just for the future. So, far the only problem I have had is trying to pay a seller and we still haven't worked that out. She isn't familiar with PayPal (money unclaimed) and I have changed my policy of paying with a personal check or credit card. I will only pay with PayPal or PayDirect.

Of all the new sites this one seems to be drawing in more sellers and buyers than any of the others I have tried and checked out. Not a lot listed there and that is good, for me anyway as a seller and a buyer. Better chance of my item being seen and don't have to wade through a half million listings to know what I'm looking for it's there.

I like it, I like it, I like it!
Did I mention I like Bargain and Haggle?
Just listed some items overnight and have my fingers crossed that there is some success.
Finally, a breath of fresh air on line! I know, always a day late and a dollar short-but I'm there now!
Listing my items that did not sell on eBay. So--that may skew how successful I am. But anxious for the haggling part!! Have been in the Flea Market biz for too many years than I care to remember, so ready to play! This could be more fun than anything done lately on line.

Listing was a breeze. Using copy and paste.

Oh Boy!

By the way, I'm not soliciting referrals or anything like that in mentioning BargainandHaggle. (I don't use the eseller004 ID on any site except this one so my promoting wouldn't provide me any benefit.) I'm just impressed by this site while less than thrilled by all the other 2nd tier auction sites.

Is it just me or is everyone getting great prices for the items they're selling on BargainandHaggle?? I haven't heard too much talk about the selling prices on the site but I can't believe the great prices I'm still getting! Sell-thru is one thing, but great prices are another. Lots of new buyers too. Several items that I tried to sell on eBay with no luck sold on BargainandHaggle for far more than I could have gotten on eBay. Plus there's NO listing fee eating away at profits. Might have to do with the inexperience of newby buyers but no complaints here! And if you don't allow PayPal or BillPoint, that's even more profit in your pocket!

eBay and BargainandHaggle are a GREAT 1-2 combo IMHO!

I put up one listing 24 hours ago and sold it today. Not bad, since the same item sat **without a single bidder** out of 64 pageviews, **at a lower price**, one month ago on Yahoo.

B & H's fees are a little too high for items on the low end of the first two fee levels (0-$10.99 and $11-$25), but it seems to have more buyer activity than Yahoo Auction does now.

Now I wish I'd gotten in on the 'pyramid' referral program they had going, in which sellers get a percentage of every sale made by the people they refer to the site. Oh, well...........

It's the prices you can sell items for on BargainandHaggle that has me astounded! I've even been able to sell items for triple digit prices, no problem. And the profit margins I'm now getting on BargainandHaggle blow eBay away!! However, my sell-thru on eBay is a bit higher, but what's sell-thru without nice profits? Plus, no risking listing fees as on eBay.

Where's this recession the media is talking about??? I'm finding people on BargainandHaggle have money to blow!

Have you checked out BargainandHaggle's new SearchSpy feature? It shows you the top items users are searching for right now on the site. It refreshes every 2 minutes. It's pretty intrigueing to see what piques people's interests.

Even though you missed the Founding member program, where you got percentages of each of your referrer's sales... have you seen their newer promotion? I think it's a bit better... if you refer someone to the site, and they buy or sell 3 items over $11, BandH pays YOU 5 bucks AND them 5 bucks!!! (It's called Take5-Make5 or something like that).

I think you could make some serious profit if you know a few people who buy/sell a lot... I've made like $20 so far.... I'm hoping I can use it like a 3rd income...
