Watch For This: Yahoo will soon be forced to start consolidating subcategories so that the individual sections don't look so naked.

According to my formula calculation - Yahoo has 1.38 mil auctions tonight. Because of the way I do this, my method should be immune from any form of consolidation, double counting etc. This is a decrease of 904,000 auctions since 2 Jan. The first day we should see a LARGE (like these decreases haven't been large enough) decrease is around 10 Feb, when the 10 day free relists run out. the next big day should be around 22 Feb, when the savvy folks who used the bulk uploader which allowed 14 day relists auctions run out. Then folks will drop out as their credit accounts empty, if Yahoo hasn't started free listing days (weeks?) to stop the hemorrhaging. -Rosalinda

I have been doing the NW thing on the airline guy for months. He posts hunderds of identical auctions with multiple IDs all under the wrong categories, then he features them. I don't know how many times his spam auctions have taken a legitamate paid for feature of mine, and pushed it down a space in the category I had CORRECTLY listed in. This was brought to Yahoos attention many, many, many times!! Just last night I thanked Yahoo via NW --on the airline guy--for getting rid of all the spam auctions on their "new and improved" auction sight. You know, I suppose a person could go and bid a really high price on all this guys stuff so that he is forced to stop selling to the newbies and unsuspecting public. It would be worth a NEG to get him off the sight. I wish I had thot of that before I decided to move all my auctions to AuXPal!!! Now, I really don't care, all of my auctions will be done in 10 or so days, and that will be another 108 out of one category, which is presently down 53% By Yahoo, please forget to write.
