My sell through is running about 80%. Before fees about 5%. The difference now being, that I run only about 25 auctions at a time instead of 150. Before fees my prices mostly were set at the minimum I was willing to except for an item, now I put them up at a starting bid of 1.00 to 19.99. Most are around 9.99, which is a lot less than I would like to get. So far the bidding has been good, not great, but very few different bidders. If more new bidders don't start coming in, my luck will sooner or later run out. I sweat bullets every time I launch a new auction. I've had 2 deadbeats, one was a crossover from Bidville, that dragged her feet for a month. Over half of the bidders are late or very late with payment, and lots of excuses. It is making the whole Yahoo auction thing very stressful!!
