They were imported helen.....they were found by our soldiers just laying around in the boxes they were shipped in. But SADDAM didn't see that they were used. Why would that be? Because he didn't care about his people.
And as far as leaving you out of anything...when you do the same with me, I'll be more than happy to oblige. No double standard allowed, helen.

logansdad - I think we've said about everything we can on this subject. We're never going to change each others minds.
You want to keep claiming Saddam was a threat since Clinton was in office, but in Febuary 2001 both Powell and Rice agreed he was not a threat.
What they said was he was being contained by the sanctions. The same sanctions that the lefties were working to discontinue.
He was contained according to Powell. What was said prior to this by Clinton and everyone did not matter.
LOL, of course it mattered. It continued the 13 year game trying to get saddam he had no womd. And it wasn't just during the clinton admin. Read all the statements that have been posted since President Bush took office from all the DEMS including kerry. Was he using old information too? No...intelligence didn't stop after clinton left office...they used saddam's past history along with what current intelligence was telling them.
This was based on their latest intelligence (MAY 15, 2001) and it came after Bush had a plan for war against Iraq (Jan, 2001). I've already addressed this question. Our first strike on Iraq was March 30, 2003. And just as kerry is doing, talking about how he'd handle Iran if he's elected...of course their advisors are making plans on how their administration will/would deal with all the trouble spots in the world. And saddam, at that time was considered a big threat because he was aiding/funding terrorism in the ME.
