Assuming they can get investors. In one year, they've managed to bring in $17,000, yet they are close to $3M in debt. Can't sell stock to anyone in Pennsylvania. IMHO, they're in trouble if they continue this course of action and go public before they have everything straightened out.

there will not be many auction sites left comes june, and surely not most of the itsy bitsy guys.
how come some people just attract trouble? or is it they are trouble.

rtt, seems to me from what I have seen in the past on that site that is what they do best over there is smashing, bashing and harassing..I agree Ebay Keep on Billing....

I love the way all the Hot Items in Jewelry, which is where I sell are all bidbay bucks.
Not to mention having a dozen feedback icons next to a name is annoying.
After reading feedback I see things like this,
A SELLER DUTCH AUCTIONED RAFFLE TICKETS FOR THE ITEM
A seller with feedback of 1880+ on Bidbay had a dutch auction in which they were raffeling off a doll.
1 Dutch bid per raffel ticket the person picked the winner.
Is this site for real?
Seems like phony BB auctions, phony feedback and illegal auctions.
I'll watch this site crash and burn from a distance

jrb3 wise move...they will crash and burn and the bbb's are a joke..If the CEO will not let you buy stock with the bbb's...well that tells us all alot in my book. This site will be looking a many many lawsuites in the future..I'm with you will watch from a distance.

Trust me Coolvette I do not care as to what you are thinking I only care what you are doing as far as you threatening ppl It was wrong and you know it. But you do not have a problem with your harrasing and threaten do you? Don't act like you are better than the rest it may bit you in the you know what in the end.
