Hi Calamity

I did yell. Jumped up and down and yelled at the TV. My kids wanted to know why I wasn't yelling at the omputer screen because that's what I normally do :LOL

Kiheicat,
Colleen - give her a break - just a college kid having a good time - I remember those early 20's days - barely - but I remember.

Now, sean is a tad strange -but I would take either of them over Rich any day. The man gives me the willies and that does not happen very often.

I place my bet on Rudy winning the whole thing. He irritated people in the beginning but the last few weeks he seems to get a long with everyone. They all get to vote so I do not see how Rick, Susan or Sean have a chance. Maybe Colleen though - no one seems to truly dislike her.

We'll see next week.

Big Brother - the only excitement in the house is now gone - that is such a boring show - I know why watch - it is just noise while on line - nothing better on - all re-runs.

Have a nice night.

Hey all.

Just now getting to this tshread! I am really suprised about you alls opinion of Rich!! I dont have a problem with the guy....and I think folks were damn stupid to try and kick the guy who has the best luck fishing off so quickly. (Good ol' Gervas saying "we will all starve together" as TO much, he is such a slug).

Was not at ALL sorry to see Gervas leave...I thought he should have been booted a LONG time ago!

I read about the Rich thing before the show even aired, not sure where I fall on that, but from what I read the states case is kind of weak.

The one who I would vote off next is Sue. Yes, she is smart and hardworking (and I would love to see a woman win), but she just bugs me!

Well yes, he did, only problem is nobody told the survivors and they voted him off this last episode.

cariad......GO SUSAN!!

The show is over and all survivors have been back for a little while.

I would place money that someone - maybe related etc. - will spill the beans and to one of the 'rags' for a pretty penny.

Everyone thought it was Cervase as he is back in his Texas town driving a new Cherokee - but obviously got the money elsewhere as he is not on it anymore.

I heard on the today show this morning that Jenna is going to pose for playboy and will be at the playboy mansion tonight for a party with Heff and good ole' "I want my privacy" Darva Conger.

They are reportedly paying her 1/2 mil to pose. Good for her - her twins and her could use the money - why not - her 15 minutes will be over real soon.

I bet in the last week the beans will spill and some magazine will report who the winner was - what do you think?

I think I read that Jenna was paid $13,000 -- but I'm not sure what that figure was based on.

For anyone who hasn't checked out http://www.survivorsucks.com, it's a hoot. Very intelligently done, with minor spoilers and funny episode synopses.

boysmommy3 - I know it's silly, but I've been watching Survivor since its first night. I fully expected to hate it, but much to my horror (LOL) I've really gotten into the stupid thing!

I especially like the challenges. Guess it's the "gamer" in me! Anyway, if someone decides to spill the beans, I hope I'm not around to hear the outcome. I've still got a few weeks to look forward to, and I'll sit in a corner with my eyes closed and fingers in my ears to avoid hearing too much too soon!

Call me extremely weird and more than a little embarrassed for feeling this way, but hey! Everyone's got to have her sinful little pleasure...

Survivor is a game....its to win money, not to make friends. Its all fine and dandy to have an alliance and look out for each other, but only ONE will win...and to do that, you must get rid of all competition...friends or not. Personally, Richard is the one supplying the food while the others lay around in hammocks complaining about his attitude. Colleen needed to wander off with her coconut boyfriend and the rest are just about as exciting. The one I want to win? Susan. Shes playing the game...pulling in, then eliminating. Thats the name of the game, eh?

Hi, everybody! Glad to see I'm not the only one hooked on my Wednesday night fix!

Oddish - I'm with you on this one. As much as I respect (and admire) Sue's drive and abilities, she's just a little too devious for my taste. It bothers me that she seems to be taking such pleasure in "playing" Rich during their so called alliance. No honor amongst survivors, eh?

I'm gaining more and more respect for Kelly, though, since she seems to have dumped the "let's just gang up on Pagong" strategy. Sue and Rich better keep their guards up from now on!

Maui - Personally, I think both Rich and Sue are too cocky for their own good and wouldn't mind seeing either one get the boot. Neither has done all that well with the recent immunity challenges and I'd start worrying about the new alliances that will probably form as the rest of the gang figures out their little plan.

Man, I'm waaaaay too attached to this show. Somebody shoot me with a speargun, please!

For amillion bucks, I would form a strategy too....but if it was real life, and they were really stranded, then if I was one of the survivors, I would of course play with team effort. Takes that to survive. But its a game...so each person for themselves

I am not obsessed with survivor.

- Sonia got $2,500; Gretchen got $15,000, Jenna got $27,500 and Gervace $35,000. Runner up gets $100,000.
-The hacker and GMA leaked the winner, who we all know is Gervase.
-the contestants will be sued for $5M if they tell who won so they voted off Gervase to disguise the fact that he really was the winner.
-Did you know you can download the theme song from the official site.
-We do not answer the phone on Wed. from 8-9pm.
-mightybigtv.com has the most hilarious summary episodes written by someone named Joanna.
-survivorsucks.com and the official survivor web site are bookmarked and checked even before my ebay page.
-I find it really annoying that I have to wait a week to find out who gets booted off next.
-anything else you want to know about any of the group?

cariad.......Gretchen is my hero, but since she's gone, GO SUSAN!

Maui - I agree! My gut feeling is that it's going to come down to Rich and Rudy, with the popular vote swaying the tide in Rudy's favor.

Of course, I'm probably wrong. Rudy did kick a few people in the head when he was trying to secure his place in the combined shelter. Gotta love 'im!

Gretchen was my favorite too. I was really surprised and bummed to see her go. That's when I decided the alliance sucked!

maui,
I totally agree with you that the purpose is to get the moula!! BUT the final vote is by all 9 last members and I don't think Rich will get the vote at all if he is one of the two left over.

He has irritated far too many - so not only do they need to make it to the end they need to garner the respect and admiration of the last night in order to get the vote.

I hope no one blows it for me either as we do enjoy the show.

I think Kelly would be a good choice - she is seeing the alliance for what it may not get her - the win - and appears to be trying to dis-associate herself with it. Besides - with her warrants for the bounced checks she needs the money to pay off her debts!!

I guess we'll have to wait to see!!

We could do it too, Kcat...but then we would start eyeing each other with nobody else around to beat up or vote off, and kick each others butts and both of us would wind up in the hospital with major damage and all the money we decided to split would go to the doctors and hospital bills. So...nah...lets just stay friends and argue verbally.

SHHHH--my only hero left on this program. Watch--he'll get the boot next week
Tonight's show left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. Colleen, a little dickens of a girl that had it--but a sorry sack of an alliance booted her off.
Why do I still like Rudy--he's a part of the alliance--but---he doesn't play to the camera--it's the friggin money and guts for him. Yes!

I'm with you Jeanyu. Rudy all the way! As they say in the west. He's playing his cards close to his vest.

Tonight's show did stink, didn't it? Richard singing the beer on the wall song had to have made them dislike him even more. Did me.

About time they got rid of Colleen. She irritated me. Susan came down a notch for whining that "people who backstab her p!ss her off"...what does she call what shes doing to Richard and Kelly?...and personally, Sean seems ok, but not much personality. Isnt he a doctor? Couldnt he have found some homegrown method to help Colleens skin probs? Rudy is just flat out obnoxious, but Im leaning towards him now cause hes the only one not backbiting everyone else...he does it up front, lol.

I liked Richard's Beer song. It was something to do to pass the time while killing their feet on that beam thing. You could tell that Rich, Rudy, and Colleen jumped off just to end it.

I really thought that Sean was a goner tonight. From the sounds of it they had decided since Kelly won the challenge that Sean would be voted off. I must have missed something because it was Colleen.

I was truly bummed that Colleen got kicked off last night. That was the first time I've felt that way about anyone leaving, but she was such a sweetie and one of my favorites right from the start.

I'm not particularly fond of anyone who is left, though Rudy and Sue are my top picks. I like Sue's brashness.

At the beginning of the show, who'd have thought that Rudy would make it this far?

I LOVE Rudy!! GOOO RUDY!!! He is my 7 year old daughter's pick too! Hubby and I hate Rich (pompous a$$) and my daughter has been voting Susan off every week.

I was sad to see Jenna and Colleen get booted. This alliance is only going to fail in the end. Rudy is smart and knows so. I mean, if the ones booted off vote at the end, who do you think they are going to pick: Richard who manipulated everyone and spoke freely of the alliance or Rudy who may have been involved but didn't flaunt it.

GOOO RUDY!!!
