a massage?? my wife got me a gift certificate for one of those-I havent used it yet.The last time I got one was in Bangkok,Thailand in April 1966-it was outstanding

Classic - the last two digits of the number that twig posted are determined by the performance order of the contestants. The blanks are filled in differently each week depending on who performs in what order. The intersting thing is that you have disparaged the contestants without bothering to observe even long enought to figure out something that is pushed and explained ad nauseum throughout the show.

Well I have never watched the show,so how was I suppose to know??

It wasn't as enjoyable as I had hoped...I don't know if she was having a bad day or something but a couple of times it actually hurt! Next time I'll call ahead and ask what kind of day she is having..but my toes are very happy!

Maggie - DRINK WATER!! Drink tons and tons of water. If she worked the knots out of your muscles, those are created by a build up of toxins. When they work out the knots, they release the toxins. You need to drink lots of liquids to help flush them out or you end up feeling tight and bruised the next day.
First time I had a sports massage I could not move for two days because no one told me about that little piece of info.

Thanks for the advice, Fenix..I will do that.
I've been to her several times before and this is the first time that it has really hurt.
It hurt when she put pressure on my lower back
on the sides just above my hips? I'm starting to wonder if my kidneys are the culprit..
I knot up in the back of my neck and that's where I really feel the benefit of a good massage..

Good advice, fenix! We have a water cooler with purified water in it. Our therapists know they are supposed to hand the client a glass of water to drink right after the massage.
This is bad. . .I work where I can have a massage free everyday if I wanted to. I've only had one. They just make me too darned sleepy and I find it hard to work for the rest of the day.
