Not everyone who posts here is the same person Marcio.
The problem is that when someone speaks against BidBay there is a clamor to see who gets to kick them last over there.
I fully understand why someone would use a posting id to come here and post how they truly feel.
I have already received an email hinting possible litigation for my posts here...and have had my posting privileges there suspended.
It would also hurt any sellers business on that site to go against the prize takers.

Mr. F, you are very mistaken. I was truthful and am truthful. I have an aol address and I am VERY active at Bidbay and have feedback, I believe even from YOU! I sell and I buy and I simply stated facts that I have some concerns. I can assure you I have no other ID's here, I have one ID at Bidbay and it has never been suspended. So I think you need to get your facts straight before you start slinging garbage. PLEASE! We have all seen what happens to members at Bidbay when they speak their minds openly. If you do not agree with them, God help you. Therefore, I stated I will not reveal my user name there and I won't. Of course you are a PI so you can find it out gumshoe

I had said negatively stuff about bidbay and I still do along as there are fact.
Not just because I'm mad or something like some do.
that is what i think is going to make bidbay more powerful,
it's no everyday you get an offer to fly down there and get pay too.
but you turn it down, darn $1000.00 for 2 day and they were going to pick up the tap too.

I just received an auto notice from help@bidbay that someone has tried to log onto my account and requested my password. Whoever it may be~~be aware that all I can do on Bidbay is bid and sell. I cannot post on the boards. I have now changed my password AGAIN!
Also, there really is no earth shattering news in the SEC filings. I brought up the PA securities problems months ago...was told it was old news and already settled...Not to mention the special limited time offer an employees at Bidbay offered to folks making inquiries to purchase stock (reduced price for a week)~~not kosher. We all know Bidbay is not making a profit and any income being made has to be very limited. George has been stating they are uploading 250,000 users every month for what seems like since May. Bidbay IS riddled with problems/obstacles as are alot of new business models. I personally would not invest in the stock at the moment~~but that is just my opinion. I really think if listing fees and FVF's were implemented there activity would slooooow even more than the non BB bucks categories already have. Alot of the items are listed there because the opening bid is less than the listings fees at other sites. Auctiongallery~~you should have accepted the offer to go to CA if you could fit it in your schedule. I would have jumped on that opportunity. The true results of that meeting will be evident fairly quickly.

I can click on that link...however what I have said is not everyone over at BidBay is going to dig that deep to find the SB2..alot of people don't know it exists.

Either way...I posted the link on the BidBay web site but got blasted for it...that link was called a negative statement...LOL...a disruption of the boards...LOL
If there is nothing earth shattering about it...then why did my post get pulled..why did everyone inlcuding the CEO get upset...and why won't Mrfanini put in a direct link to the filing?

auctiongallery~~it is not the first time a link regarding the PA securites and the person involved has been posted and/or pulled from the boards there. I was told by quite a few that I didn't know what I was talking about months ago. Also I do beleive there is an issue with the former Senator's campaign literature~~if I remember correctly he may have told untruths about serving in viet nam... Lots of untruths/dishonesty but if you bring them to light you are labled a "troll" or someone who doesn't know what they are talking about. But none of those facts are going to really help or hinder Bidbay. Right now what will help or hinder is to how much money they can raise with the IPO. It doesn't look good to me, I wouldn't buy it but I don't work on wall street.

I still don't see how telling them anyone with genuine interest in BidBay needs to read this is negative and a disruption.
It is a public notice, written by BidBay themselves.

one thing in particular that I do not understand is when someone posts their opinion of something at Bidbay on AW, everyone runs over here in defense of the sight. Yet over on the other forums, the other auctions get it all the time, as well as paypal. Nobody jumps up and starts yelling. The whole thing looks very squirelly to me.

Looks like you have stepped on some toes over there. For What?? Stating TRUTH...Not Lies..I for one would want to know the Facts about a company. I see they are trying to hide something that they themselves wrote and submitted. I guess they think that most ppl would not find the Facts. Now that you have and posted a link You have been thrown out like a piece of garbage and to top it off being threaten by the CEO for posible legal action. I am just shocked by this action of Bidbay and the CEO..Proves my point once again regarding this company...

Oneday~~what exactly are your epxeriences/history with Bidbay. I recognize alot of names on this thread~~almost all of whom I have respect for~~even the "cheerleaders". Just wondering how your selling and/or buying went on Bidbay. I don't see that auctiongallery was thrown out like trash~~he just can't post to the boards. I can't post to those boards either and I do NOT consider myself trash, I don't feel like I was "thrown out like trash", I'm just a little too "honest" for Bidbay's tastes. I'm not a cheerleader, I'm a realist but I most definetly am NOT trash. My bids are just as valid as a"cheerleaders".

That still leaves a lot of questions needing to be answered Marcio.
The simple fact is Marcio. Is a lot of people accept things at face value and don't do the necessary leg work or investigating.
So what if he stated it...smoke and mirrors my friend.
People are placated too easily. I wonder how many of the members who post regulalry on that board clicked on any of the links before all this brouhaha on AW happened.
Atleast now they have a chance to know more about the company than they would have ever learned before.
People have always said what you don't know won't hurt you...wrong. It's what you don't know that will not only hurt you but come back to haunt you in some cases.
Information is a commodity in this day and age and in some cases it equals power.

Okay now get this.
I received an email from the CEO of BidBay telling me my posting privileges were suspended, and then he went on to imply that he would take legal action against me if I did not stop my posts here on AW.
I replied.
He then emailed me a second time hinting yet again about possible litigation.
I replied.
Now he emailed me a third time asking me to stop harassing him...LOL
Who is harassing who?
He sent the initial email, as well as the second and third.
Give me a break.
Well I just replied telling him to not email me anymore.

I am a memeber of Bidbay...so far...I choose to hide my true identity for Bidbay, for the obvious reasons. I have well over 2,000 (all positive) feedbacks. I am someone who has been bashed, smashed, and thrown out all because I had an opinion. When I said auctiongallery2 was thrown out like a peice of garbage. I was not saying that she is a peice of garbage. That is how they treat ppl over there that has anything to say regarding truth and fact. Or if you have your own opinion someone dissagrees with it and everyone jumps on the ban wagon. I have had personal information posted and plastered on the Bidbay Cafe Chat Board..I have had ppl whom Where supposed to be my friends at Bidbay cut my throat and stab me in my back. I am all for auctiongallery2 and her quest for stating the truth. I am very upset that such an auction site can ruin other memebers ruin a reputation so no matter where they go they can not use the same user id for fear of one of Bidbay cheerleaders posting negative things about you at the other auction sites. So I have dealings with Bidbay and I will continue to for my own reasons. BUT I will not disclose my user ID at this time..sorry but my reputation has been tainted already and I am not about to let it happen again..I am sure you can understand that.
