May I ask how many of you were sexually active at the age of 13 or 14..? And of those that were, did you know right from wrong? Did you know what you were doing would have consequences? Did you care? Were you coerced into having sex, or did you choose to have sex for your own reasons? Were your parents to blame for your actions? How about the boyfriend was he to blame? How about you, were you to blame? Just curious.
And yes, there are laws against 22 year old's having sex with minors.. and the 22 year old knows the laws..regardless of the young girl's actions.. the law holds the adult responsible..you play..you pay..plain and simple..

LOL Ron,..but is anything 'it' posts here? Ever? And heaven help you if you exchange a chat with Maggie on anything!! Ask Texbill. He got a schoolyard invitation over that one! hahahahah! Illicits a kind of rabid jealousy where it starts foaming out the mouth, and barking non-stop 24/7!! rawwrhuhh!! rawwrhurhh! rawwrhurrhh! (And Linda, I disagree you are the sole target of it.) Like a dumb dawg that she is it barks up any and every tree. Totally lacking in any discrimination. As Libra has often said, anything just to get attention from any thing or 'one'.

Is that what the he** you wanted answered, Linda? I don't have time to continually sit on this board to answer your questions. I have a family and I have other things to do. Just because you have keyboards in every room of your house doesn't mean I do. I more than sick of you and your cocky attitude. As my mother would say, "You need an adjustment".
I blame the parents for not having a better handle on what their children do and where they go and who they are with. Aren't you the one to be calling the kettle black? I've read comments on this board where you complain about parents and their lack of supervision of their children. Have you suddenly and conveniently changed your tune?
Now, I'm getting off this board again. I have company and they are far more important than you and your stupid questions.

How times have changed. From a graduating class of 304, I can remember only 3 or 4 girls who were sexually active (and not many more boys). These girls were shunned by all, and if a girl became pregnant in high school, she was sent away to live with "Aunt Mary" or someone and was never heard from again.

It's funny you should mention that Bill..how true.. the girls disappeared...but we never saw any of the boys disappear.. their world didn't change..wonder why?

Maggie, seems to me, they had some long standing relationship as bf/gf not like he just up and raped her. It looks like the parents advocated it, or didnt try to stop it? Then she gets pregnant and the parents tell her to go get married?? At 13? She is better off with the 22 year old boy, the parents obviously dont give a sh* about her.

Oh cheryl....thanks for another great laugh....you ranting and raving over a very simple question.
And while you chastise me about posting.....you are the one who has said SEVERAL TIMES here.....you don't come here often because of me. But you sure seem to be here a lot of the time lately. So...you're not fooling anyone other than yourself....THEY can see how often you are here...no matter WHAT YOU'VE previously said.
Obviously my post DID get a response from you.....GOOD GOING for a change....

you are right maggie. It was a double standard. But in the few instances that I knew of it wasn't a boy from school that was the father, (or at least they didn't admit to be) but someone older and out of school.
We were a fairly innocent bunch, I think. If a guy had sex, he had better be ready to get married.

This is a case of child molestation. Would it make a difference if the "man" were 45 and the girl were 15? There are laws in place to protect children because they are not always smart enough to protect themselves. Since she became pregnant at 13, the chances of her having sex at an earlier age are pretty good. The only thing that would excuse his behaviour, in my eyes, is if he were mentally retarded (and I don't mean immature). And although I do realize the difficulty in controlling today's youth, these parents should be horsewhipped or at least charged with negligence.
He was arrested for having sex with a minor, whom he later married (while still a minor).

DBL - I SO miss you when you're not here. Your way of pointing out the truth about CF/MG is remarkable.
------------------
And I agree with etexbill.....in our day having sex that resulted a pregnancy was totally hidden. And girls who slept around.....they were labeled whores.
Now we have young girls sleeping with large numbers of guys....and thinking nothing of it. They are 'paying' the price for their permissive behavior though, just in a different ways. And we taxpayers are paying for it too.
-----------------------
May I ask how many of you were sexually active at the age of 13 or 14..?
Not me.....my senior prom night.....but I had developed early...12....and had many college guys coming after my lovin'.
They couldn't get away fast enough when they found out how old I was....after a few dates.
And of those that were, did you know right from wrong?
Sure did.....it was wrong for me to give up my lovin.....my momma told me so. And she constantly reminded me of ALL the consequences I'd face if I chose to do so.
Did you know what you were doing would have consequences? Did you care?
Yes, sure did....and yes I cared. I was scared to death of getting pregnant or getting VD from some cute, sweet talkin' guy.
[i]Were you coerced into having sex, or did you choose to have sex for your own reasons[/b]?
No, I was very much aware that the 'sweet talking guys'....said this to all their dates....I wasn't special in their eyes.....just hopefully another conquest.
Were your parents to blame for your actions?
Probably....but I don't see what they taught me as being something to 'blame' them for....they were trying to protect me when I was too young to know any better. I appreciated that in my later years.
How about the boyfriend was he to blame? How about you, were you to blame? Just curious. Yep....my senior prom night we both decided we wanted to do the 'forbidden' and we did, WITH protection.
And yes, there are laws against 22 year old's having sex with minors.. and the 22 year old knows the laws..regardless of the young girl's actions.. the law holds the adult responsible
yep....I agree, and that's why they can't be held financially responsible for signing contracts at that age either.
..you play..you pay..plain and simple.. well...kind of sometimes we ALL get to 'pay' for their 'playing'.
Yes, how things have changed.

Hi Linda. Been keeping busy and dont always feel like getting into it here anymore (most of it seems so childish.) But I still come and read when I get a chance. I got a good chuckle out of your response to kiara about being like a needle stuck in the same groove, too. LOL! So very true.
Maggie, my first bf was at maybe 12 or 13. He used to come to my house and we'd play cards and board games. He was the same age as me. I dont think my parents thought we were 'doing' anything, and we werent. But I do remember one time we went in my bedroom to watch tv and he kissed me. (first kiss you always remember It wasnt tongue or anything....but I do recall thinking it was nice and made me feel special. And from then on, remarkably all my love song records made so much more sense!! LOL!!! I still didnt have a clue about sex though! ..But that was back then, and times are alot different for kids now.

spelling
And edit to add: Linda, I think everyone is jealous of your wireless keyboard!! ..Nice to have it like that! I can see pretty soon we will have monitors built into our refrigerators and stuff - you watch!

Now..you see Linda..you are agreeing with me on everything! ...a liberal thinking person..!
Now what?!!
DBL.. I hadn't thought about that first kiss until you mentioned it.. omg..I was visiting a friend and her family had a membership at the local country club..we went swimming and then stayed for a movie and much to our delight there were older boys there (seniors).. we were 13 at the time and I found myself sharing a lawn chair with one of these Seniors..nervous as a cat..wanting to look cool but scared to death..he kissed me and I kept my lips tightly clamped together, kissing like I had seen Doris Day do in the movie..LOL.. finally after a few minutes of his tongue pushing against my lips.. he said out loud so all around could hear.."hey, don't you know how to French!?" I said what was that..? he said how old are you anyway? I said 13.. he unceremoniously dumped me on my cute little ass off of his chair and told me to call him when I grew up.. I was totally mortified.. and hid in the ladies room until it was time to leave...LOL LOL...

I guess they stopped having sex when they got married
I guess that would be a common thing in hetrosexual marriages

logan - You get more and more childish the more you post.
---------
DBL - yes, well it was true. Doesn't matter WHAT the thread topic is about....she pops in, rarely discussing the thread topics, then she drones on and on about the same thing "Linda laughed at the death of our troops. Only those without a brain cell in their head would ever believe such nonsense from anything I've ever posted. But it shows her as she is.....one of the 'twisted sisters'. They can take anything said and twist it around to be something totally different than what was actually said. sad....
-----
maggie - No, not liberal at all. Liberals are the ones who, on the whole, support 'everybody doing their own thing'.....'it doesn't effect my life so allow it all'...type of thinking.

Oh DBL....I forgot to mention if you ever get a chance watch the "I Want That" program.....it's either on the TLC channel or HGTV...and they show ALL the latest things developed....it's amazing what things have been invented.

Thanks, Linda. I will try to catch that. I saw on some show they have like robot nurses going round some hospitals now and they are even using them to do surgery! It was weird. The doctor was operating it remotely, like from in this computer room...doing surgery on this person! It's almost kind of scary! Its like he was the wizard of oz behind there with a joy stick!
Ref kiara: She knows youre laughing at her and her ideas of you, and not at the death of the troops. But she pounds the same beat over and over...as if thats supposed to make it true to anyone? Very troll, imo. As Libra would say, "get over it already!" New day, new topic. Move on.

Linda_k aka Momma Yap Dog, you and your Double Fugged Lap Dog can go off into your fantasy wasteland all you want but I will never talk about the things you want me to and I will continue to post exactly as I please whether it's on topic or not.
Both of you know where the ignore button is and it's not my problem that you don't have the intestinal fortitude to make use of it but instead sit around whining your fat azzes off each time I post here.
Must suck to be you and be so friggin' bored with your own lives that you have to hump each others legs and pee all over yourselves discussing the way I choose to post.

Ut-oh, Linda! Seems the cool one has lost her charms there. And yes, kiara - keep posting the same thing over, and over and over. That's your right to do and proves how uninteresting you truely are!
blah blaH BLAH
Every single thread you post to decends to the same song:... It's all about me and my charming personality.....la...la...la...

Wouldn't have expected anything different from you kiara.
But you are stuck in that old, worn out grove....and everyone can see it....except you obviously.

mingotree, why is it you can never continue a discussion without getting personal?
Do you even see young girls where you live? They all dress like puritans of old there? The ones here wear short skirts, shorts, bellys showing sometimes nothing much covered that would allow any imagination left.
You have to love the young girls (some as young as 6 or 7) wearing shorts with the word Sexy written across the buttocks. The one I saw in a shopping mall couldn't have been much older than my granddaughter who is 7.

Hi Maggie, when I tell her to cram it up her azz she snivels and threatens to snitch to Vendio and it’s a disgusting display so do you really want to view that one again?
BTW, I miss the old spunky you! When Vendio put you in the cooler did they Stepfordize you or something?
Lindak, yes I am usually always calm and happy, but being as you are in such a bitter rage almost continuously, it’s probably difficult for you to understand.
Have you started pole dancing yet or have you been running naked with a man in the moonlight this summer or do you just waddle from room to room keeping tabs on Helen all day and night as you grow more and more obsessed with the way others post here?

...I was waiting for the cram it...
ah yes, maggie, for somebody who rants on and on about body parts or bodily function jokes as being sooo distasteful as kiara likes to do to male posters here, she's sure got the trash-talk verbage down.
It's classic, and utterly charming, just like princess grace, she is - dont you think? And now she wants to tell you how to post - that youre stefordized! Oh brother! What a monkey!
