aw classicrock {weak smilie here}.. I'd reference annies song, or say something witty and tough like "you better, you better, you bet" (Shall I tell you of the time I meet John Entwistle in a NY disco? He just looked at me with the cutest little twinkle in his eye as he downed his fancy liquour, and then left the bar. I have a frozen print of it in my mind like it was yesterday)....but really, yanno, I think this lovey stuff is kinda precluded from the contracts if you read the fine print.
Piinthesky: Good play on the town name! They are home to the stealers and pirates, though! (I was hoping they could learn me a thing or two out here about such ways - as I kinda sux at that stuff most days.)

But whatshisname from the eagles was accused of something (or was that just rumor?) and so was Ray Davies, too, maybe? Cant remember, too old, classic! And I just like their music, so those things are insignificant to me for the most part. Sometimes writers write what is, or what they are or of themselves, and sometimes they just have an ability to write to capture what is totally outside themselves. Misinterpretions are quite common, but as much as you know about rock n roll...you knew that already!

The case should have been closed as soon as it got through your thick head it wasnt your auction, nor were you, yourself, the agrieved seller. But as usual, you suck everything in to yourself to abet your need for chaos and confusion. And since you are so high-minded you thought it just fine what that other poster did. Well, mingotree, you must be quite used to that - clearing out a room real fast! I'd bet it happens often in your real life, too!
But lest you think it became quiet because of some profundity said by you, it might help you to realize people with lives actually get off this website for a couple of hours now and then to tend to other things. dork!

I didn't know that, hence my statement.
As for being phoney, if liking people regardless of their politcal stance, outrageous behaviour, or popularity qualifies as phoney, then your're right, I am! As for swallowing my God, I don't have to - he already lives inside my heart. As for drugs, yes, I smoke pot because I have a seisure disorder. Sure beats taking prescription drugs like Dilantin and Phenobarb, and the funny thing is, I haven't had a seisure since I've gone off the meds and started smoking. So call me all the drug-related names you want. I'm ok with it.

kraft, I really wasnt referencing your smoking pot but rather making a point of when (I think) you posted here you take celexa? And the many times you complain about pharmaceutical companies grip on people, but never explore the fact that people would rather believe in drugs, as if they are a God - and will take them as an easy way out before they even try to heal themselves, or believe in a higher power that is capable of doing that. My reference was the paradox you parlay in complaining of one thing and then still going along with it by taking pills yourself.

Far as liking people, I like lots of people, too. I wouldnt post to this board if I didnt enjoy it for the most part. But I kind of let people fight their own battles unless I have something relevant to add. And I try not to confuse what I like of entertainment and that people are my friends. Because the reality is I dont know any of you in person. So it seems alot of times to me you just jut in to show and align your allegiance. And thats what I find is phony. I'm not telling you how to be, youre friendly and easy to get along with - and thats admirable. You joke with everybody & hardly get in a serious scuffle with anybody...but thats you. Its not me, though. {shrug} Sorry.
As to the other stuff, I think I posted some months ago about my car had problems and I didnt have the money to get it fixed. I dont like being stuck in this house without a car to go when I want to. But all is well with ole jessie now.
edit to add: And do you think after I told you about my childhood best friend who got shot and smokes pot - that I would be the one to be judgemental to you about it? Ok, I kid you about the pothead stuff like waynes world or something, but I dont mean seriously. I'm sure if and when I do mean it, you'd know the difference? And call me a Tom Cruise affiliate, but I think too many in this country are just given psychotropic drugs because its easier than dealing with the problem. And the drug becomes their God in effect. Some people have trauma's they need help with, yes, or side effects from other things they need to counter-balance, but the vast majority on those drugs are just taking the easy way out. My opinion.
