ummm I hate to bring this up, but there were many more auctions than 14,954. Could you please post the real stats that include all the relists? Thanks

You are perfectly free to drop a line to BVCS if you have a problem with these stats.
I consider relists of the same items unimportant being that the total listed would be the same whether an auction was relisted or not. There is beginning date, an end date, total auctions listed for the sale, and the total auctions sold as far as I can see. It's interesting that you want to confuse the issue.

An item that is relisted is another auction. When you add all of the relists, the stats drop like a rock. The actual percentage ends up in the 5% range. There is one more stat that isn't known as of yet and that is the percentage of deadbeats that this sale has brought out. If it is like most of their other sales, you can bet it will be quite high.

Thats quite correct stonecold. If you recall Dimview had a hard time explaining this to certain users who could not believe it. On ebay and yahoo its another auction, but not on bidville so go figure.....

Again you are correct. If each item was relisted once after the first listing the sell-thru drops to 11.5%, but I think 9.5% is in the ballpark. And as with all sites a certain amount of deadbeats can be expected.
