Pithy Pi - I like that.... lol

Endearment? Sure, okay, nice way to change a negative into a positive.

NearTheSea -

After you spoke about the Dasani Lemon water
the first time, I tried it. Tastes good but doesn't quench my thirst like ice tea with lots of lemon in it does, or like real cold well water.

My BIL is addicted to Mountain Dew. He needs it like I need my morning coffee.

edited to say I also agree fully with chimpchamps post.

Linda, actually the lemon Dasani water make me more thirsty! So I end up drinking more and more!

Oh, I know about Mtn Dew. My ex drank it before work every morning, he never drank coffee, just a huge thing of it from 7-11! I hate the stuff!

Its either the lemon water, or coffeecoffeecoffee for me!

Linda, in a previous thread you had explained what the word 'pithy' really meant, that it is a word that O'Reilly uses and he says it means to be 'concise and short.' So yes, I guess i am Pithy Pi and you all can call me that all you want, it's ok with me, LOL.

On the Crystal Light, i know that some of you go blech thinking about it but i really like it and i have to thank Fenix03 for turning me on to it. She had mentioned in a thread a while back about the Crystal Light to go packs and how it was so easy to have a few with you and all you had to do was to stop at a convienence store and get a cold bottle of water and just pour it in, shake it up and you are ready to go. After that I looked for it at the grocery and i've been hooked ever since and i allways keep a few with me in my car.

So, thank you Fenix03.

"Colin - would you like to adress any of the points I made?"

Most what you say is so illogical I can't really adress it.

"ANd BTW - trying to compare the organized military machine of a world power to a come as you are group of zealots is pushing it a bit wouldn't you say?"

As far as this paragraph.. I have no idea what you’re trying to convey. Put the bottle down, wait several hours, read and edit your message so it will be understood.

Colin - I can understand your confusion with the last line - especially since it stems from your completely illogical comparison Iraqi insurgents to Hitlers Germany. I was just pointing out how far from reality you were... but then that's always been been pretty obvious.

Colin always keeps one foot firmly planted on the ground, which is more than can be said about many posters here.

I don't understand how you got this out of my post. My confusion is with your stupidity, your lack of understanding or comprehension.

You think you’re a bright individual. I have bad news. Your not, you are either a moron or a frustrated, (very) old women with 30 cats in an unclean, section eight provided, one room apartment, that shares the cats food.

Am I right??? Now answer my query!!! What the matter? Cat got your tongue?

Amen,

Colin - if you paid attention you would know that I was living in a $1500 a month 1700sq loft in downtown San Diego this spring. Had to move because of a flooding issue that could not be repaired without major repairs that could not be done until the end rainy season which had no end in site at the time. Since then I have been living in a newly renovated loft. I had two cats until one was cat napped last mothers day. I recieve no public assistance. Never have. Wouldn't qualify even if I adopted four more cats and tried to pass them off as kids. As for very old, I think we have long ago established that being in my 30's, I am probably the youngest of the board regulars.

So much those observation skills. As for the Moron comment... Do you really think I am going to be insulted by a guy who cant figure out if he wants to be the Rev. Billy Graham or Superstar Billy Graham?

I want to be neither BG Superstar or Rev. BG.

When I grow up, I want to be just like ME.

You didn't answer my question.
Do you share the cats food.

I thought the moron question was worded rather well. Didn't you?

BTW I'm sorry to hear about you cat.

I occasionally will share crab legs or lobster with my cat but he does not like shrimp or steak (the other one did - I think they had an agreement as to who got which types of treats). He does have a sneaky little habit of drinking my tea... he thinks he's being sly... he sits beside the glass on my desk and occasionally sticks his paw in it and licks the tea off his paw.

I've never asked him to share his food with me.
