Well, Krs you need to be more specific.....we gots lots of places for folks to get lost around here.

Roswell is a swell place to get 'picked up', or you could go to Carlsbad and get blown to bits by an underground gas pipe, or you could just go fall into the Rio Grande and see if La Lorrona comes for a vist.

(Really, if you are serious give me some more info and I will see what I can find out).

Well, it is true about the house. And it was built by a guy who felt the need to have a large observation platform on the roof, but I don't know what happened to him. It is/was only $28K.

KRS, I had no idea you wanted a serious discussion of the cannibals.....please forgive me the error of my ways!

I have had a particularly difficult time being serious today.

Pareau thinks they were suffering from Kolorado Kuru. This is where the saying, "It's a mad Anasazi eat Anasazi world out there," comes from.

Imagine being someone who probes ossified poop for a living. Makes eBaying look pretty dignified, doesn't it?

Roswell ... a house with a large observation platform on the roof ... the owner mysteriously vanishes ...

I think it's obvious what happened: the man fell victim to a cliche.

Actually, I'd bet the observation deck was to watch the sky at night....for the STARS! Very little light polution there.....simply beautiful!

Pareau said: "Pareau thinks..." avoiding the obvious stab there, isn't it some sign of mental collapse when one speaks of ones self in the third person? Lotsafuzz thinks so....

The Incredible Edible Anasazi.

Raw bunns,

I've been serious in AW, I think. Glenda might have it archived.

Spaz,

It's true about the house. I'd have to spend quite a while to find the link as it was in a realty agency site that I whizzed through. There was a picture, and that's what it showed. The guy must have believed that it was worth doing, or waiting for.

LOL from trash to treasure, great story

any of that ossified poop for sale on Ebay yet? it has human body parts in it so ebay would have to cancel the ad

it was the Anasazi version of Survivor. Proto-Survivor.
