I agree with Pumpkinhead. I do not charge a handling fee and only charge actual postage. I also offer paypal and billpoint. I expect and look for the same when I buy something. And I hate the death threats if you don't pay on time... If they offered paypal or billpoint, they wouldn't have to worry about prompt payments. I've had people pay me before I send my congratulations letters out.

Twinsoft - I don't mind having my comments analyzed, but I do mind having them rearranged to suit another's own perception.
Since this is a public bulletin board, I see no reason to refrain from posting.
As to the general "you", you did choose to highlight my exact comments in your response, that naturally leads one to assume you are responding to said comments.
As to my answers, as I said, you have no reason to worry about my expectations of you as a seller or poster, I have none.

I can relate to the battleground concept. When I tuned into eBay in the summer of 99, the attitude was different (or maybe I was). When I purchased a used item and found it was less than perfect, I took it for what it was--used. Now I see lots of negative feedback left by idiot buyers who've won an auction on a 50-year-old, highly abused widget, being offered from the seller "as-is", all because some corner of the widget showed some slight wear that could be seen under a microscope, when the light was at the right angle, while standing nude on the kitchen table... You get my drift.
I once introduced a workplace acquaintance to eBay. Being a collector of old LPs he quickly got enthused. Then he received an LP that showed the above mentioned type of wear. He was going to neg the seller, and all over a $4 purchase, and this without even e-mailing the seller to resolve the alleged conflict.
