Hi. Anyone know why if I signed in at ebay so that I could email the winners of my auctions their end of auction payment information why Ebay is not displaying the email addresses of my winners today? If been doing Ebay for a few years now and never had this problem before is there a new feature or something. I would hate to have to wait until the end of auction announcements (which some of us choose not to get emailed to us) come out to contact my winning bidders. Help! Anyone know what is going on?

It is a new eBay anti-fee avoidance feature. After you have signed in you now have to click on the eBay id to get the email addy.

What do you mean by anti-fee? This stinks because now I can't just do my email from that first screen I have to go to the new screen to get the email address then back to the auction for the auction info to cut and paste into my email. Just another dumb step. Kind like that new screen you get when you click on the auction and have to wait until that new screen goes away. What is so wrong with if it isn't broke don't fix it? Only members could see these email addresses on the auction before anyway. And any member can get the email address this new way! The people with email addresses for id's still show up. How is that any different but then to be another pain in the butt for the sellers?

If you go to your SELLER'S LIST (on the my eBay page) you can see a list of the auctions, closing price and the winning bidder's email.
It's to keep spammers from harvesting email addresses from the chat areas and the high-transaction sellers' listings.
